PerfumeTalk Shipping Policy

We work with Hong Kong logistics providers to provide delivery services. Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available to receive your order.

Delivery may be delayed by heavy rain, severe weather and public holidays. Courier availability can be affected by black rainstorm warnings, typhoon signal No. 8 or higher, weekends and holidays.

1. SF Express Pickup (Hong Kong)

Where available, customers may choose an SF Express station or service centre for pickup. Standard shipping is HK$34 for orders below HK$300; Hong Kong orders of HK$300 or above qualify for free standard shipping.

Transit commonly takes around 2–3 working days after dispatch, but may take longer depending on pickup location and logistics circumstances. Please collect your parcel within the period stated by SF Express.

2. SF Express Delivery to Address (Hong Kong)

Delivery to eligible Hong Kong residential or commercial addresses is available subject to SF Express coverage. Standard shipping charges are HK$34 for orders below HK$300; orders of HK$300 or above qualify for free standard shipping where the option applies. Remote-area or other courier surcharges may apply. Shipping options and the actual payable amount are shown at checkout.

Macau and Taiwan

Shipping to Macau and Taiwan may be available. Applicable charges and offers are shown at checkout based on the recipient's address.

Preparation Time

Personalised perfumes generally require 2–3 working days to produce after artwork and order details are confirmed. This preparation time is separate from courier transit.
